Muzluk Premium
Muzluk Premium is a monthly subscription that gives you access to AI-powered features, including the ability to submit AI messages within the plan's usage limits.
Premium is a digital software subscription. We do not ship physical goods, and there is nothing to return.

Refunds
If Muzluk Premium is not a good fit for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first Premium payment.
We may also refund payments when there has been a duplicate charge, an accidental purchase, a billing error, or a technical issue that prevents you from using Premium.
We usually do not provide refunds for subscription time that has already been substantially used, refund requests made after the refund window, accounts that break our Terms of Service, repeated refund requests, or abusive use of the service.
This policy does not limit any refund rights you may have under applicable law.

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel, your Premium access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period unless a refund is issued.
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund previous payments.

How to request a refund
To request a refund, email hello@muzluk.com from the email address connected to your Muzluk account. Include a short explanation of the issue so we can review the request.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
