Muzluk Terms of Service

Welcome to Muzluk. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Muzluk, including its app, website, AI-supported flows, sharing features, messaging features, and related product services.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Mehmet Karabacak, who currently operates Muzluk as an individual.

Muzluk is currently operated individually, not by a company. If Muzluk later becomes operated by a company or another legal entity, these Terms and related policies may be updated.
Muzluk is currently operated by an individual and is still evolving. Some support, billing, account, safety, and product issues may require manual review. We aim to handle these reviews fairly, consistently, and in good faith.
Like any online service, Muzluk may sometimes experience bugs, delays, configuration mistakes, provider outages, or incorrect product states. When we discover an issue, we may take reasonable steps to investigate and correct it, while respecting applicable law and your non-waivable consumer rights.
1. Nature of the Service
Muzluk is a gamified productivity and self-logging application. It helps users create and organize tasks, notes, plans, goals, study logs, work logs, reflections, emotional check-ins, progress records, and similar entries.
Muzluk works by processing the entries and messages you submit through backend, AI, and embedding systems. It may turn your input into todos, notes, plans, summaries, memory records, search results, reflections, gamified progress signals, and similar product outputs.
Muzluk is not a medical service, mental health service, therapy service, crisis hotline, legal service, financial service, academic advisory service, employment advisory service, or emergency-support service.
Emotional check-ins, CBT-style reflections, distortion-style detections, mood pattern notes, and similar features are product features designed to make productivity and self-logging patterns more visible. They are not diagnosis, treatment, clinical assessment, or professional advice.
If you are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, need urgent help, or face a serious safety issue, do not rely on Muzluk. Contact local emergency services, competent authorities, or a qualified professional.
2. Accepting the Terms
By accessing Muzluk, creating an account, signing in, submitting an entry, or using the service, you accept these Terms.
Your use of Muzluk is also subject to the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice, which explain how personal data is processed. The Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice is not an explicit-consent form. Where explicit consent is required, Muzluk may present a separate consent mechanism.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Muzluk.
If you use Muzluk on behalf of a business, school, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not have that authority, you may use Muzluk only for your personal use.
3. Age Requirements
Muzluk is not directed to children under 13.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use online services, whichever is higher.
If you are under 18, you may use Muzluk only with permission from your parent or legal guardian.
By using Muzluk, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If we learn that a user is under 13 or below the applicable minimum age, we may delete, suspend, or restrict the account and related data.
4. Changes to the Terms
Muzluk may update these Terms from time to time, including when features change, providers change, product behavior changes, or legal requirements change.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the product, email, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of Muzluk after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
5. Your Account
Some features may require an account or sign-in. You must provide accurate and current information and keep your login methods, verification codes, and account access secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us at hello@muzluk.com.
Muzluk may suspend, restrict, or delete your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, infringe others’ rights, create security risks, use false or misleading identity information, violate law, or harm the integrity of the service.
You may request account deletion through the product if available, or by contacting hello@muzluk.com. Some records may be retained for legal, security, abuse-prevention, compliance, backup, provider-log, or dispute reasons.
If we make an account, access, billing, entitlement, moderation, or support mistake, we may correct it after discovery. This may include restoring access, removing mistakenly granted access, correcting plan status, reversing an incorrect product state, asking for additional information, or taking other reasonable steps to fix the issue.
6. Using Muzluk
You may use Muzluk only in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the intended purpose of the service.
You may not:
- Use Muzluk unlawfully, deceptively, harmfully, abusively, or for misuse.
- Access another person’s account without permission or attempt to do so.
- Create false identity, impersonate another person or organization, or make it seem like you are affiliated with someone or something you are not.
- Send viruses, malware, harmful code, spam, automated attacks, scraping traffic, bots, excessive requests, or any technical payload that could break systems.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security, verification, access-control, or abuse-prevention mechanisms.
- Attempt to bypass Cloudflare, Turnstile, clearance cookies, bot checks, WAF rules, rate limits, or similar security controls.
- Use Muzluk for reverse engineering, source-code extraction, prompt leakage, vulnerability exploitation, or unauthorized system analysis.
- Abuse Muzluk’s providers, infrastructure, AI systems, or other users.
- Share other people’s private information, identity data, phone numbers, addresses, financial information, health information, or intimate details without permission.
- Submit content involving child exploitation, sexual exploitation, unlawful activity, violent threats, terrorism, self-harm encouragement, hate, discrimination, harassment, fraud, or other serious harm.
- Use Muzluk to provide professional advice, mislead people, or offer medical, legal, financial, academic, employment, or similar advice you are not qualified to provide.
- Use Muzluk for commercial resale, data extraction, competitor training, model training, scraping, spam, bulk automation, or unauthorized integrations unless we expressly allow it in writing.
Muzluk may remove, restrict, suspend, or disable content, accounts, share links, messages, or features to protect the service, users, or third parties.
7. AI-Supported Features
Muzluk includes AI-supported features. These may classify, summarize, extract tasks, create todo architecture, create memory records, retrieve related context, search, create embeddings, generate reflections, detect CBT/distortion-style patterns, generate plans, transcribe, or produce similar product outputs.
The planned main production text model is Google Gemini 3.5 Flash through the Google Gemini API. Muzluk may also use Google Gemini Embedding 2 for embeddings and vector operations. For particular features, outages, experiments, quality, cost, reliability, transcription, or future product needs, Muzluk may switch to or use OpenAI API / GPT API, other OpenAI models, other Google Gemini models, or another provider enabled in production. When feed background theme image generation is enabled, the current production configuration uses only Google Nano Banana 2 / Gemini 3.1 Flash Image for that image generation flow.
AI outputs may be wrong, incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your situation. AI outputs are only helpful product outputs. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them and for making your own judgment before important decisions.
AI outputs generated by Muzluk are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, academic, employment, security, or emergency advice.
Muzluk does not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, fit for a particular purpose, or appropriate for your situation.
Because AI systems are probabilistic, similar or repeated inputs may produce different outputs, and different users may receive similar outputs. Muzluk does not guarantee that any AI-generated output is unique to you.
You must not rely on Muzluk outputs as the sole source of truth for any important decision. You must not use Muzluk outputs about a person to make decisions that could have a legal, financial, educational, employment, housing, insurance, medical, safety, or similarly material impact on that person.
AI-assisted features consume paid third-party API services and backend resources each time they run. Muzluk may therefore apply usage limits, rate limits, fair-use limits, feature limits, cooldowns, message limits, attachment limits, model limits, memory/context limits, or other technical restrictions, even on paid plans. These limits may vary by plan, account status, abuse risk, provider cost, provider availability, product testing, or system health.
If you reach a limit, Muzluk may slow, queue, reject, downgrade, or temporarily block additional requests. Paid access does not mean unlimited AI usage unless a plan expressly says so.
8. Sensitive Content and Free Text
Muzluk works with free text. You are responsible for what you write and submit.
Muzluk does not require you to submit sensitive or special-category personal data. However, free-text fields may contain health, mood, therapy, medication, religion, philosophical belief, political opinion, sexual life, union membership, criminal conviction, family issues, relationship issues, school issues, work issues, or other private information.
Only submit highly sensitive, confidential, intimate, third-party, illegal, or unsafe information if you are comfortable with Muzluk processing it to provide the features you use.
Do not submit other people’s personal or private information without permission.
9. User Content
Entries, notes, todos, plans, goals, messages, audio, images, reflections, check-ins, and other content you submit to Muzluk are “User Content.”
You own your User Content. Muzluk does not claim ownership of your User Content.
The service is a platform offered through Muzluk's website, desktop app, mobile apps, and other related product surfaces that allows users to create, upload, store, transmit, and, in certain features, share content. For User Content, Muzluk acts as a hosting provider (yer sağlayıcı) within the meaning of Turkish Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications.
Users are solely responsible for all User Content they create, upload, share, or transmit through the service. Under Law No. 5651, people who produce, modify, or provide information or data made available online are content providers. Users are content providers for the content they submit to or share through the service.
Under Law No. 5651 and related legislation, the operator is not generally required to pre-screen, verify, approve, or proactively investigate User Content for unlawful activity.
That said, where there is unlawful content, a rights violation, a privacy violation, a personal-data violation, an intellectual-property violation, a user complaint, or a notice from a competent authority, the operator may remove the relevant content, restrict access, disable a share link, suspend an account, or take other action required or permitted by applicable legislation.
Muzluk remains responsible for its own official product text, legal policies, marketing pages, support replies, and other content created by the operator. This section does not waive or override duties that may arise under court orders, administrative orders, mandatory reporting rules, consumer law, intellectual-property law, personal-data protection law, criminal law, or other applicable law.
By using Muzluk, you give Muzluk permission to use your User Content as necessary to operate the service. This includes storing, processing, analyzing, transforming, summarizing, classifying, sending selected content and context to AI providers, creating embeddings, using content for search and memory features, generating tasks/notes/plans/reflections, displaying content to you, syncing, backing up, debugging, securing the service, preventing abuse, and showing content through sharing/social features you choose to use.
This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and necessary to provide Muzluk. It does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Muzluk.
Public profile, share link, friendship, messaging, or other sharing features may make relevant User Content visible to others according to the visibility settings you choose.
Muzluk does not use your User Content for third-party behavioral advertising.
Muzluk does not guarantee that User Content will be stored permanently. You should keep your own copies of important records.
10. Public Profiles, Sharing, and Messaging
Most Muzluk content is private to your account by default. However, if you use public profiles, friendships, direct messages, or share links, some information may become visible to other users or to people with the relevant link.
If you create a share link, anyone with the link may be able to view the shared content. Create share links only for content you are comfortable sharing.
If you use messaging features, messages are visible to conversation participants. We cannot fully control what other users do with messages they receive.
You may not share content that violates others’ rights, privacy, or safety.
11. Virtual Rewards and Gamification
Muzluk may include bananas, XP, ranks, levels, streaks, leagues, badges, achievements, quests, multipliers, bounties, parlay tickets, score events, reward animations, decay effects, and similar mechanics.
These are virtual product features only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money, cannot be transferred, cannot be sold, do not represent stored value, are not securities, are not gambling credits, are not lottery entries, and do not create real-world ownership, reward, or payment rights.
Muzluk may change, rebalance, reduce, remove, reset, expire, or modify these mechanics at any time to preserve product integrity, prevent abuse, improve scoring, improve user experience, or comply with law.
We do not guarantee that gamification outputs or scores will be error-free, constant, or produce any particular outcome.
12. Intellectual Property
Muzluk’s software, interface, design, visual language, brand elements, logos, text, product flows, systems, gamification mechanics, code, database structures, model instructions, prompt systems, and related materials are owned by Muzluk or relevant rights holders.
These Terms give you only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Muzluk.
You may not copy, sell, rent, license, redistribute, reverse engineer, extract source code from, or create unauthorized derivative works from Muzluk or any part of it.
You may not use Muzluk’s brand name, logo, or visual elements without prior written permission.
13. Feedback
If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, design suggestions, product comments, or other feedback about Muzluk, you agree that it is non-confidential.
We may use that feedback for product development, bug fixing, design, research, marketing, or other business purposes without payment, attribution, or additional permission.
This does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Muzluk. This section applies only to ideas and suggestions you send us about Muzluk.
14. Third-Party Services and Providers
Muzluk may use third-party service providers to operate the service. These may include Convex, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Gemini API / Gemini 3.5 Flash, Google Gemini Embedding 2, OpenAI API / GPT API, Resend, Twilio, Meta/WhatsApp, Apple, Google Sign-In, or other providers enabled in production.
Cloudflare may be used for DNS, edge security, bot protection, Turnstile verification, pre-clearance cookies, WAF rules, and rate limiting. Security checks may require you or your browser to pass a Cloudflare or Turnstile challenge before using certain features, including authentication or high-risk request paths.
These providers operate under their own terms, policies, and technical infrastructure. Muzluk does not guarantee that these providers will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
If you use WhatsApp, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or other third-party features, those services’ own terms and policies may also apply.
Muzluk may link to third-party sites, providers, or resources from time to time. These links are for convenience only. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
15. Privacy
How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.
By using Muzluk, you acknowledge that you have been informed through the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice. This does not mean you consent to all processing. Where explicit consent is required, a separate mechanism may be provided.
16. Service Changes, Suspension, or Termination
Muzluk is an experimental, fast-evolving, and changeable product. We may change, add, remove, restrict, redesign, or temporarily suspend features.
We do not guarantee that Muzluk will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fast, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose.
The service or part of it may be temporarily or permanently restricted because of maintenance, technical errors, provider outages, security events, abuse, cost, legal requirements, or product decisions.
Muzluk may block, challenge, rate limit, delay, or reject traffic that appears automated, abusive, risky, excessive, or inconsistent with normal service use. Passing a Cloudflare or Turnstile check does not guarantee continued access if later activity violates these Terms or creates risk.
Muzluk may contain bugs, configuration mistakes, incorrect limits, incorrect labels, mistaken plan states, broken links, delayed jobs, duplicate processing, missing processing, incorrect rewards, incorrect score events, or other product errors. We may correct these errors, including by adjusting account state, usage records, rewards, limits, subscriptions, or generated product data where reasonably necessary.
17. Paid Features
Muzluk may offer paid plans, subscriptions, purchases, credits, trials, promotional access, or other paid features. Paid features may unlock higher limits, additional AI processing, more storage or context, premium product surfaces, or other benefits described at the time of purchase.
Paid plans are not a promise of unlimited use. Unless a paid plan expressly says otherwise, fair-use limits, technical limits, provider limits, anti-abuse limits, and plan-specific limits may still apply because AI API usage, backend/database operations, hosting, payment fees, app-store fees, failed or retried requests, and continued development create real costs. We aim to describe material plan limits in the product, checkout flow, or related plan information, but exact operational limits may change as costs, abuse patterns, providers, and system capacity change.
If you purchase a subscription, you must provide accurate billing information and a valid payment method through the applicable payment provider or app store. Subscriptions may renew automatically at the stated billing interval until canceled, unless the checkout screen says otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, carrier charges, internet charges, platform charges, and payment-provider charges.
Payments may be processed, managed, or supported by third parties such as RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, Google, or other payment providers or app stores. Their own terms, refund rules, billing systems, and customer-support flows may apply. RevenueCat may help manage subscription status and entitlement data, but the actual merchant, payment processor, or refund decision-maker may be Stripe, Apple, Google, an app store, or another provider depending on where you purchase. Muzluk does not directly control every payment-provider or app-store billing decision.
You may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation flow provided by the payment provider, app store, or Muzluk product interface. If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refund requests may need to be handled through that store. Canceling usually stops future renewals but does not necessarily refund past payments or immediately remove access already paid for, unless required by law or stated by the applicable provider.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, applicable law, and any rules of the payment provider or app store used for the purchase. If Apple, Google, Stripe, Paddle, or another provider grants a refund, reversal, or chargeback, Muzluk may receive that status through its billing systems and may downgrade, suspend, or limit paid access. If a payment fails, is reversed, refunded, charged back, suspected of fraud, or cannot be verified, Muzluk may downgrade, suspend, or limit paid access.
We may change prices, plan names, included features, limits, or paid-feature availability over time. If a price increase materially affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice where required by law or by the applicable payment platform so you can cancel before the new price applies.
Trials, promotional access, coupons, discounts, grants, or beta access may be modified, limited, withdrawn, or allowed to expire. We may prevent abuse of promotions, duplicate trials, or payment flows.
If Muzluk accidentally grants, extends, discounts, fails to charge, over-charges, under-charges, mislabels, or miscalculates paid access, plan status, usage limits, trials, promotions, rewards, or entitlements, we may correct the mistake. Where the mistake materially affects you, we will try to handle the correction reasonably and in line with applicable law and payment-provider rules.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Muzluk is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no express or implied warranties.
In particular, we do not guarantee that:
- Muzluk will meet your expectations.
- Muzluk will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available.
- AI outputs will be correct, complete, reliable, or suitable for you.
- Your data, content, or outputs will always be stored or recoverable.
- Bugs or defects will always be fixed.
- Muzluk will produce any specific academic, professional, financial, health, productivity, or personal result.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muzluk and its operator are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of reputation, loss of opportunity, business interruption, failure of expected benefit, harm caused by reliance on AI outputs, or losses caused by service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Muzluk may currently be offered on a pre-revenue or free/experimental basis. If you use the service for free, our monetary liability to you is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If Muzluk is provided as a paid service and liability cannot be fully excluded, our aggregate liability to you for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Muzluk for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim arose or 100 USD, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This limit does not apply where applicable law does not allow such limitation.
You are responsible for internet, device, mobile data, SMS, WhatsApp, third-party provider, or platform charges that may arise from your use of Muzluk.
20. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for claims, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the service, or unauthorized/erroneous activity through your account.
This section does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
We aim to resolve disputes in good faith first through contact at hello@muzluk.com.
Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain available. Where applicable, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts may have jurisdiction over consumer disputes.
22. Other Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
Failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice and any applicable additional policies or product rules, form the main agreement governing your use of Muzluk.
If the Turkish and another-language versions conflict, the Turkish version controls.
