Effective 8 August 2026
Website terms
These terms govern the Muzluk Help Center website. They do not govern the unreleased Muzluk consumer app or create an app subscription or purchase agreement.
Operator and acceptance
The site is operated by Mehmet Karabacak, an individual based in Türkiye. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Informational service
The Help Center provides general product documentation and open-source examples. Content may change as Muzluk is developed. It is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a promise that an unreleased feature will launch in a particular form or on a particular date.
Permitted use
- Use the site lawfully and for personal, informational, or legitimate development purposes.
- Do not interfere with security, overload or scrape the service in a harmful manner, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
Ownership and open source
Muzluk names, logos, original text, illustrations, and other first-party materials are owned by Mehmet Karabacak or used with permission. No trademark licence is granted. Software expressly released as open source, including @muzluk/mood-wheel, is governed by its stated licence rather than these website terms. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences and notices.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to GitHub, the Muzluk app, or other services. We do not control third-party services and their terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
Availability and warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, but nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehmet Karabacak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or other mandatory rights.
Law, disputes, and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they live. Courts and authorities competent under applicable law may hear disputes. We may update these terms by publishing a new effective date; material changes apply prospectively.
