Legal & Safety Requests

Use this page to contact Muzluk about abuse, illegal content, urgent safety concerns, privacy rights, account issues, and legal process.

01

Contact

For legal, safety, abuse, privacy, or rights requests, email hello@muzluk.com. Use a clear subject line such as Muzluk legal request, Muzluk abuse report, Muzluk safety concern, or Muzluk privacy request.

If there is an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Muzluk is not an emergency service.

02

What to include

  • Your name and contact email.
  • The type of request: safety, harassment, illegal content, copyright, privacy, data deletion, account access, or legal process.
  • The Muzluk account email, username, WhatsApp phone number, public profile link, share link, or other identifier needed to locate the issue.
  • A short explanation of the issue and why you believe action is needed.
  • Any deadlines, court order details, or official reference numbers, if applicable.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment card numbers, government documents, sensitive screenshots, or copies of illegal content unless we specifically ask for them. Send identifiers, links, account details, timestamps, and a short explanation instead.

03

Abuse and illegal content

Users are responsible for the content they submit to Muzluk. Muzluk is a tool for saving and structuring user-submitted entries, but we may restrict, remove, preserve, or report content where required by law, platform rules, safety obligations, or these Terms.

Reports involving child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, exploitation, stalking, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, malware, or illegal activity may be escalated urgently and may be reported to appropriate authorities or service providers where required or appropriate.

04

User-submitted content

Do not upload, send, save, or submit illegal, harmful, exploitative, abusive, or rights-violating content to Muzluk. This applies even if the content is sent only to yourself, saved in a private entry, submitted through WhatsApp, or uploaded to test the service.

Muzluk does not become the author, speaker, publisher, or endorser of user-submitted content merely because the service receives, stores, structures, scores, summarizes, or replies to that content.

Submitting prohibited content to Muzluk does not create responsibility for Muzluk and does not require Muzluk to publish, preserve, monitor, or act on that content except as required by law, platform rules, safety obligations, or our Terms.

Good-faith reports should identify the relevant account, share link, WhatsApp number, or message context without resending harmful material.

05

Misuse of requests

Muzluk may reject, narrow, or deprioritize requests that appear abusive, deceptive, duplicative, automated, overbroad, threatening, or designed to create false records rather than resolve a real safety, rights, or legal issue.

Using this page does not guarantee a particular outcome. We review requests based on the information provided, applicable law, platform rules, user rights, and service safety.

06

Legal process

Law enforcement, regulators, and legal representatives should send requests by email with enough information for us to verify the request and identify the affected account or record.

We review legal requests for validity, scope, jurisdiction, and user impact. We may reject or narrow requests that are incomplete, overbroad, informal, or not legally valid. Email is an intake channel and does not waive any objection to jurisdiction, service, validity, or scope.

07

Response timing

We aim to review requests within a reasonable time. Urgent safety issues are prioritized. Complex requests, identity verification, provider delays, legal review, or preservation needs may take longer.
