01
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the kinds of use that Muzluk allows, restricts, or prohibits. It applies to the Muzluk app, website, WhatsApp flows, APIs or webhooks we operate, public profiles, share links, messages, uploads, and all other related product surfaces.
Muzluk is built for personal progress logging, planning, notes, reminders, study support, and similar self-directed use. It is not meant to be used as an abuse tool, scraping tool, spam tool, attack surface, or system for storing or distributing harmful material.

Privacy and personal data
Muzluk is designed primarily as a private self-log, but private by default does not mean appropriate for storing other people's private information without permission.

If you use public profiles, direct messages, friendships, or share links, use them responsibly.
- Do not use messaging or share features for harassment, abuse, spam, scams, or repeated unwanted contact.

If you use Muzluk through WhatsApp or another supported external channel, this policy applies there too.
- Do not use WhatsApp submission flows to send illegal, abusive, exploitative, or attack-related content.
- Do not use external-channel flows to spam Muzluk, test provider limits, or replay duplicate traffic to break routing or storage.
- Do not use a third party's phone number or identity without permission.
10
Platform role under Turkish law
The Terms explain Muzluk's hosting-provider role for User Content, users' responsibility for their own submissions, and the general rule under Turkish Law No. 5651 that the operator is not required to proactively pre-screen or investigate all User Content.
This policy complements that framework. Where there is prohibited content, a rights violation, a privacy violation, a personal-data violation, an intellectual-property violation, a user complaint, or a notice from a competent authority, Muzluk may remove the relevant content, restrict access, disable a share link, suspend an account, or take other action required or permitted by applicable legislation.
11
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action that we reasonably believe is necessary to protect users, providers, the public, or the service.
- We may remove, restrict, or disable content, accounts, sessions, public links, messages, or features.
- We may apply rate limits, access challenges, temporary holds, or permanent suspensions.
- We may preserve relevant records for security, legal compliance, abuse review, or dispute handling.
- We may report content or activity to service providers, law enforcement, regulators, child-safety organizations, or other appropriate parties where required or reasonably appropriate.
Not every violation leads to the same response. We consider severity, credibility, repetition, intent, user safety, provider obligations, and legal requirements.
12
Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is misusing Muzluk, email hello@muzluk.com and include the relevant username, email, phone number, public profile link, share link, or other identifier, along with a short explanation of the issue.
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority first. Muzluk is not an emergency service.
13
Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time as Muzluk changes, new risks appear, or legal requirements evolve. The latest version on this page controls from its effective date.
